Despite drought conditions across much of the province and two heat waves this summer, the B.C. Conservation Officer Service says scofflaws are still lighting campfires. Paul Johnson has more on the shocking behaviour enforcement teams are encountering in provincial parks - and how many rogue campers have been fined for breaking the rules.
