There is more torment for property owners of the Seawatch neighbourhood in Sechelt. The residents were forced out of their homes four years ago because of sinkholes but continued to be responsible for the properties. Now, as Aaron McArthur reports, they say looters are ransacking their homes and are concerned the police aren't acting.
